Read:  small.  It occupies over 1,000 specialty food products, 85 cheeses, 40 different salumi, a cheese bar, 8 tables inside and 6 tables outside.  The room is painted red and we do our best to coat the entire space with fresh flowers and flickering candles.

We have a cute little chef named Erin, a sous chef named Duke and a wonderful pastry chef named Molly.  Rachael buys all the gourmet products, cheese and salumi.  Alex is the owner and spirit.  Jason & Asher runs the place, keep us in line and gets as excited as we do about food.  Julio, Bonnie, Arlene, Leo and Calvin help Erin and Duke in the kitchen.  Joy, Lauren and Zack make all the beautiful formaggi e salumi plates. Natalie, Alice, Nick, Sarah, Jamison, Cindy and Marcelo wait tables and make sure you love it here as much as we do.  David pours wine behind the bar and make sense out of bin numbers.
