Read: small. It occupies over 1,000 specialty food products, 85 cheeses, 40 different salumi, a cheese bar, 7 tables inside and 6 tables outside. The room is painted red and we do our best to coat the entire space with fresh flowers and flickering candles.
We have a cute little chef named Erin and a wonderful pastry/sous chef named Jun. Rachael buys all the products, cheese and salumi. Alex is the owner and spirit. Whitney runs the place, keeps us in line and gets as excited as we do about food. Julio, Duke, Tony and Francisco help Erin and Jun in the kitchen. Emily runs the cheese bar and with Brenda and Amy make all the beautiful formaggi e salumi plates. Chris, Natalie, Jess, Ben, Megan and Alice wait tables and make sure you love it here as much as we do. Interested in joining our team?
