After years of collecting, snipping swatches, pulling out clippings, painting and re-painting, touching and feeling everything in every home store in NYC, Dana decided it was time to start creating. dbO Home was born from this desire to make things. Handmade things that add that something special to your home to give it your own personal style. dbO Home offers handmade, hand glazed one-of-a-kind ceramic home accessories all thrown, built or caste in Litchfield County, Connecticut. There's variation and character in every piece.

Care

All dbO pottery is handmade stoneware or porcelain. The stoneware products are microwave and dishwasher safe. dbO bowls, plates & platters are glazed with food-safe glazes. dbO recommends using soft scrub or some other mild cleanser for stuck on messes or stains.

Each piece is unique and made by hand so colors and sizes may vary slightly and the sizes are approximate.

Queen Anne

Queen Anne’s Lace is the one flower Dana just couldn’t get enough of when making plant life plates - rolled into porcelain and hand-built, the Queen Anne pieces are some of our favorites. Each piece is unique with a different flower rolled into the clay - some are big and full frontal, some are stemmy and with side views. The photos here represent the Queen Anne design but yours will be unique.
