These beautiful 100% D.O.P certified San Marzano tomatoes from The Miracle of San Gennaro Tomatoes originate from the small village of Sant'Antonio Abate in the Naples region and are cultivated in the agricultural farmlands of agro Nocerino-Sarnese, on the lower slopes of Mount Vesuvius. This is an authentic San Marzano grown in the soil, matured in the sun, hand-picked at the right time of season and selected without compromise.


Since these are whole tomatoes they are better paired with hardier noodles like rigatoni and pappardelle with more robust meets like oxtail, lamb or duck. These are also great for slow braise soups or stocks.
