Cultivating grains for over 100 years in the heart of the Po Delta near Vercelli, The Vercellone family’s Tenuta Castello products are not only certified organic, but hand-weeded and processed in traditional mills. This ensures that each kernel is left intact without polishing or shining, leaving you with a high nutrient, full flavored grain.


Tasting Notes: These grains are big and dense, producing a bit less starch than other Arborio grains. This results in a bit more of a balance between crunchy and creamy.
