Use Royal Rose Tamarind Syrup for a Tamarind Sour Cocktail:

2 1/4 oz. bourbon

1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice

1/4 oz. Royal Rose Tamarind Syrup

Dash of Angostura bitters

Lemon wedge

Combine ingredients in a Boston shaker, shake, serve on the rocks and garnish with a lemon wedge.
