New Royal Rose Organic Raspberry Syrup


This Royal Rose Organic Raspberry Syrup will make one heck of a cocktail (think gin and lemon juice) but it’s also lovely paired with diced pears and quince paste and spooned over cheesecake with a graham cracker crust. Drizzle over almond cake with apricots, figs and blueberries. Spoon over buttermilk panna cotta with hazelnuts, or mix with equal parts maple syrup and pour over our Buttermilk Cornmeal Pancakes recipe.

Use Royal Rose Organic Raspberry Syrup for a Cigarette Girl Cocktail:

2 oz. gin

3 teaspoons Royal Rose Raspberry Syrup

3 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

Fresh mint

Soda water

In a Boston shaker or jam jar, combine mint with raspberry syrup and lemon juice. Add ice and gin and shake vigorously. Serve on the rocks with a splash of soda water and a sprig of mint.
