This Royal Rose Organic Lavender Lemon Syrup will make one heck of a cocktail (think vodka) but it’s also lovely paired with blackberries, and served over baked ricotta cheese, with black currants and blueberries and served over a Mascapone cheese filled pavlova, with duck and stewed figs or for sweetening your lemonade.

Use Royal Rose Organic Lavender Lemon Syrup for a Lavender Morning Cocktail:

1 oz. vodka

1/2 oz. Royal Rose Lavender-Lemon Syrup

1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice

1/2 oz. cranberry juice

1/2 oz. orange juice

Combine ingredients over ice and shake. Serve on the rocks, topped with a splash of soda water.
