Next time something calls for garlic, forget the endless peeling and mincing and toss in a spoonful of our Roasted Garlic Pesto. Use it to sautee shrimp or roast an amazing garlic chicken, drizzle over soups, blend into mayo and dip your French fries, fold into mashed potatoes, blend into butter and smear on bread for garlic toast. Seriously, I’m obsessed with it. Soon you will be too.
