History of Company - Born as the college project of Alexander Palermo in 1992, Divine Pasta set out to create hand crafted pastas and sauces made only from the best ingredients. About the Product – Botanically classified as a berry and once believed to be poisoness because of its relationship to the nightshade family, the eggplant offers a rustic and earthy flavor to any dish. Divine Pasta’s homemade ravioli go with a multitude of sauces and make cooking in your house nutritious, easy, gourmet and delicious. We make our ravioli fresh and then quick-freeze them; they go straight from the freezer into boiling water and cook for 6-7 minutes. All ravioli are made with low-fat ricotta cheese, no oil or butter.
