Our Pizza Romana Black Truffle Pizza is made with black truffles, foraged by hand, and local mushrooms from the Marche region of Italy near our pizza factory, and then topped with whole milk Italian mozzarella.

Our Pizza Romana Basil Pesto Pizza is topped with traditional basil pesto made with fresh Italian basil, extra virgin olive oil, Italian Parmesan, walnuts and pine nuts and then topped with whole milk Italian mozzarella and fresh chopped roma tomatoes.

Our Pizza Romana Roasted Garlic Pizza is first topped with our famous Roasted Garlic Pesto made with fresh roasted garlic, extra virgin olive oil, walnuts, fresh parsley and Italian Parmesan cheese and then topped with Italian whole milk mozzarella and crumbled Italian gorgonzola.

Our Pizza Romana Margherita Pizza uses only San Marzano tomatoes, known for their sweetness and low acidity, Italian Mozzarella and sweet, fresh Italian basil.

Pizza Romana begins in the small town of Visso in the Marche region of Italy. Natural spring water from the local national park of Sibillini is used to make fresh dough, which is slowly fermented for 24 hours, hand-stretched, then baked in wood-fired brick ovens.
