Francesco and Pia Travaglini make Parco dei Buoi extra virgin olive oil in Larino, Molise, a small region in the heart of Italy still undiscovered and where Albanese is still spoken. Their families were in the oil business for generations, but would sell their annual bounty to other brands. Young Francesco decided to go "solo" two years ago and controls the whole process. Parco dei Buoi extra virgin olive oil is of the highest fruity quality, made with local Gentile di Larino and Lennino olives. Francesco's production is very limited, approximately 3,600 liters. Each bottle is manually numbered and comes with a red wax seal. This oil has a lightly fruity, buttery taste with a peppery zing on the back of the throat; perfect with crudo, grilled fish, heirloom tomatoes, or salads.

This precious oil is perfect for finishing fish, light vegetables, heirloom tomatoes, and fresh salads.
