History of Company

Born as the college project of Alexander Palermo in 1992, Divine Pasta set out to create hand crafted pastas and sauces made only from the best ingredients. While his original intentions were to distribute these products to the finest restaurants around town, he quickly adapted to provide his food directly to you via Cube, a café and marketplace serving to showcase his retail gourmet product while providing a testing ground for new concepts.

History of Product

Olive Paste has been around forever. While the French usually composed a mixture of crushed olives, capers, anchovies and olive oil to spread across bread for an Hors Doeuvre , we spike ours with a kick of red chili pepper flakes, crushed garlic and Balsamic vinegar.


Mix a little of this in with the tomato based sauces for an added punch of flavor.

Spread over bread for a simple crostini.

Marinade: Cut slits into a rack of lamb and let it marinade before a roast. The gravy this makes is seriously good.
