We love this Moretti Coarse Stone Ground Yellow Polenta turned into Polenta al Pecorino, or baked into cakes, cut into fries, or made into polenta lasagna. For Polenta al Pecorino, simply add shredded pecorino cheese, fresh chopped rosemary and a little butter and cream. Serve with roast chicken or turkey.
