We love this Moretti White Coarse Stone Ground Polenta with wild mushrooms and shallots, or made into breakfast porridge with pears, brown butter and hazelnuts. Try making fried polenta squares and top with Taleggio cheese, fresh figs and thyme. Or make a white polenta cake ande serve with sweet cream and strawberries.
