Created by The Lupatelli family, the jams of Morello Austera celebrate a love and respect for the Marche region of Italy and the fruit unique that it yields. Their aim was to reintroduce Amarena di Cantiano cherries -which were quickly falling out of production in 2000 when they began growing local varieties. Though they now produce mulberries and apples in over six hectares of land, those cherries remain their pride, as they are all grown, hand picked and processed without the use of pesticides on their family's property.


Use in fruit salads, on ice cream or as a topping to cheesecake or pane cotta.
