These Matiz Piparras Chiles from the Basque Country of Spain pair beautifully with chorizo and a hunk a of Mahon cheese. Perfect on your tapas plate with smoked fish, marcona almonds and some sea salt, these crispy & firm chiles have a mild heat and a pleasant vinegar finish. Originally, the seeds came from The Americas and Christopher Columbus lugged them back to Spain. An unusual ingredient in your relish dish.
