Matiz Gallego Sardines in Olive Oil


Named after the Mediterranean island Sardinia and related to herring, these sardines from Matiz Espana are rich in Omega 3 fatty acids. Try them with of squeeze of lime juice or mashed onto a heavily buttered piece of bread. We love them with Piquillo Peppers and capers on toast. Add a few to your next tomato salad or garlic spaghetti.
