For the past 200 years the Osborne family’s Maldon Salt Company has been harvesting some of the highest quality sea salt ever known. They currently harvest by hand from the Blackwater River in England once every two weeks -enough time for the salt to come to the surface after a period of dry weather. Their careful and traditional processes usually results in a production that is outstripped by demand thanks to Maldon salts popularity amongst gourmet chefs.


Sprinkle some over a seared Ahi tuna with a little bit of peppercorn and fresh lemon juice.
