We can’t get enough of Les Moulins Mahjoub Organic Spicy Sundried Garlic Spread, we use it to marinade spareribs & chicken, to liven up sautéed spinach, for a quick and easy garlic spaghetti, blended into butter for garlic toast or garlic biscuits, mixed into mayo for burgers and chicken sandwiches and even spread on white pizza with ricotta, mozzarella and zucchini.

Mix into mayo and use as a sandwich spread for steak, chicken or roast pork.

Mix with fresh parsley and lemon juice and toss with grilled shrimp, lobster or scallops.

Spread under the skin of a roasting chicken and roast as normal. Serve with lemon sented couscous.

Add to caramelized onions and use as a spread for steak or lamb sandwiches.
