Latini Red Box selection is made with a blend of carefully selected durum wheat varieties grown by the Latini family in Italy. While industrially produced pasta is dried quickly at very high temperatures that alter the flavor of the wheat, Latini is dried at low temperatures (40-45 °C) for a much longer time.


Pair with artichoke sauce or a venison ragu!
