These San Marzanos, grown in the Agro Nocerino region (which is best known for their D.O.P. Certified San Marzano Tomatoes), come from the same soil and by the same methods as traditional San Marzanos but without the price tag.


Since these are whole tomatoes they are better paired with hardier noodles like rigatoni and pappardelle with more robust meets like oxtail, lamb or duck. These are also great for slow braise soups or stocks.
