History of Company

Born as the college project of Alexander Palermo in 1992, Divine Pasta set out to create hand crafted pastas and sauces made only from the best ingredients. While his original intentions were to distribute these products to the finest restaurants around town, he quickly adapted to provide his food directly to you via Cube, a café and marketplace serving to both showcase his retail gourmet product while provide a testing ground for new concepts. All our artisan-crafted pasta is made fresh daily, tossed in rice flour and sealed in Cryovac pouches –it preserves the freshness. As long as the seal is not broken, most pasta will remain fresh for up to three weeks in your refrigerator. Once opened, please enjoy within 3 days.


Pair with Basil Cream Sauce and lobster or crab meat. Fettuccine is classic with Bolognese but try mixing up the protein. Try antelope Bolognese or wild boar Bolognese.
