It's really hard not to love kabocha with its deep green skin, naturally sweet, yam-like flesh and ancient pedigree. We slow roast our kabocha for a deep caramel flavor and add only onions and garlic making this ravioli dairy free and truly divine.

History of Company

Born as the college project of Alexander Palermo in 1992, Divine Pasta set out to create hand crafted pastas and sauces made only from the best ingredients. While his original intentions were to distribute these products to the finest restaurants around town, he quickly adapted to provide his food directly to you via Cube, a café and marketplace serving to both showcase his retail gourmet product while provide a testing ground for new concepts.

About the Product

First grown in Mesoamerica, this pumpkin took root in Japan and is sometimes called a Japenese pumpkin. Divine Pasta’s homemade ravioli go with a multitude of sauces and make cooking in your house nutritious, easy, gourmet and delicious. We make our ravioli fresh and then quick-freeze them; they go straight from the freezer into boiling water and cook for 6-7 minutes. All ravioli are made with lo-fat ricotta cheese, no oil or butter.
