While traditional Boscaiola Sauce is cream based and littered with pancetta, our sauce is tomato based and vegetarian. With the standard mixture of Imported Italian Tomatoes, mushrooms, peas, onions, salt and pepper, take it back to tradition by adding a bit of cream and some Italian bacon -or if you’re trying keep it light, eat as is.
Toss in some diced pancetta or bacon and add a bit of whipping cream.
Try it with our spinach fettuccini or pair it with hardy ravioli like our gorgonzola walnut Ravioli.
