All our artisan-crafted pasta is made fresh daily, tossed in rice flour and sealed in Cryovac pouches –it preserves the freshness. As long as the seal is not broken, most pasta will remain fresh for up to three weeks in your refrigerator. Once opened, please enjoy within 3 days.
