Located just off the Tunisian Coast along the channel of Sicily, Bonomo & Giglio is the oldest caper farm on Pantelleria Island and where Delizie Pantesche collect their capers. For more than 60 years they’ve harvested and packed with traditional and antique methods, allowing the agricultural terraces of the farm and fertile land produce an optimal product that is both unique in taste and perfume.


Before tasting , remove the salt and wash with water, dry and season with olive oil to dress a salad or creamy mushroom pasta with pappardelle.
