Daniel Reynolds Cast Melon Porcelain Bowl


Daniel's pieces at Cube Marketplace are all hand finished, cast in English porcelain from the actual vegetables portrayed. The interior is glazed to a high gloss making the pieces porous and food safe, all are individually signed and dated, (Reynolds ENGLAND). We are very protective of Daniel's pieces. We love them. I liken them to barn kittens on the farm, I'm protective and secretly, I don't want to let them go.

Reynoldsware by Daniel Reynolds

Daniel has his BA Honors in Theatre Design from Brighton University and his BA Honors in Three Dimensional Design from Middlesex University. He set up a furniture studio in London in 1987 where he produced hand made bespoke pieces of furniture until 1995. Daniel closed his furniture studio in favor of ceramics and set up Reynoldsware Ceramics Studio in 1995.

Now he makes hand made studio porcelain tableware and sculpture. His recent clients include the Crosby Street Hotel in New York, Banco Mercantil in Venezuela, Coleccion Cisneros in Venezuela and New York, and the Four Seasons Anahita Resort in Mauritius.

All are individually signed and dated, (Reynolds ENGLAND). They are fired to 1260 degrees C. The exterior is kept unglazed to highlight the quality of texture in the porcelain.
