Fagiolo in an ancient area of Lazio, Sabina, where the two sisters own 20 hectars of olive groves and an "agriturismo", Cru di Cures olive oil is harvested from local cultivars Frantoio, Leccino, Carboncella, all perfectly balanced in an oil of light green color and golden nuances that keeps winning competition after competition.
