Since 1821, Pacifico Crespi has been producing some of the best rice Italy has to offer. Doing most of their cultivation in Novara in Piedmonte, their aim is to ensure perfection in every step of the process -from kernel selection to harvest and from harvest to controlled temperature storage.


Tasting Notes: Because it’s naturally fragrant, it works well with any seasoned vegetables or seafood.

Try serving it with extra virgin olive oil, salted butter and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese or use it in a rice salad to add a sleek black color.
