Capers in Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Salina, Sicily


These little babies are some of the best capers you can buy, picked when still tiny and tender and packed in extra virgin olive oil with a bay leaf. From Salina, Sicily they are just about as perfect as capers can be. Lovely with salmon, in sauces, with crudo or in pasta, I highly recommend them (and I thought I didn’t really like capers, I love these).
