Founded in 1858 by Eliseo Bisol, The Bisol Estate is one of the oldest wineries in the region of Valdobbiadene. Many of their 125 hectares (which are spread over 35 farms in the heart of the Prosecco region) are located on extremely steep hillsides which make the cultivation process somewhat tricky. Over the last 30 years, the Bisol family has worked to maintain a balance between traditional practices and modern technology best suited for the climate and geography of their region.
