Made by Dario Cecchini, the Dante quoting butcher from Bill Buford’s book “Heat.” Imported directly from his butcher shop Antica Macelleria Cecchini in Panzano, Tuscany, this powder fine sea salt is laden with fresh herbs. At his restaurant Solociccia (only meat) they offer this salt sprinkled on a plate and then covered with spicy Tuscan olive oil. The mixture is served with fresh picked veggies (carrots, celery, radishes, etc). Try it sprinkled on a steak or roast chicken.
