Unlike other vinegars that are generally just infused with different flavor profiles, Acetorium –hand crafted by one of Alto Adige’s esteemed winemakers, Joseph Reiterer, and German master vinegar maker Robert Bauer –actually adjust the ingredients before they go through the “vinegarization process. Depending on the flavors, they either barrel age them in stainless steel tanks or wooden barrels to achieve the maximum concentration of flavor.
As this vinegar is sumptuously rich with a hint of apple, it’s a perfect gourmet finish for strawberries or grilled meats.
