We process orders Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. Our goal is to process all orders by the next day. Depending on the time of year, the type of shipping service and the products (perishable or non-perishable), we may hold the shipment so that it does not sit in a hot warehouse over the weekend. 

Your transit time depends on whether the items are shipping overnight and for ground shipments, your location. We are located in Los Angeles. Be sure to let us know if we are delivering to a residence or a business.

• Residential Ground Service: 1-5 business days (FedEx Residential delivers Tuesday through Saturday,with no delivery on Sunday and Monday. Delivery times can be as late as 8pm)
• Business Ground Service: 1-5 business days (delivers Monday through Friday)
• Express Overnight Business and Residential: Next day by 4:30pm Monday through Friday
• Express Priority Overnight Business & Residential: Next day by 10:30am Monday through Friday
• Express Priority Overnight with Saturday Delivery: Delivered by Noon Saturday

We only ship to addresses in the United States. We may ship to other countries on a case by case basis and at our discretion. If you are interested in shipping to a non-U.S. destination, please contact us by calling 213.542.3300 ×337. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APOs or FPOs.

Perishable products and those that can be damaged by heat are restricted to overnight shipping. In order to make sure your perishable items do not sit in a warehouse over a weekend, we only ship these items Monday through Thursday, unless you choose a Saturday delivery and your order is received by us by 10am PST on Friday.

We pack the products to minimize the impact of the heat, but it is important that you take a few steps of your own upon receipt.

When placing your order, consider whether you will be available to receive the package at the shipping destination you provide. If not, you may want to adjust the delivery location so that you can receive it in a timely fashion. If this is a gift, please be sure the recipient will be home-no one likes to come home to spoiled food.

Upon receiving the package, unpack the box as soon as possible. 
Inspect the contents. If the any of the products look damaged due to transport or heat, contact us as soon as possible via email orders@cubemarketplace.com or call 213.542.3300 ext 337. If we’re not here-leave a message.

All pasta should go in your refrigerator. All pizzas, Divine Pasta and Cube Artisan Products should go in your freezer.
 For chocolates, simply remove them from the box and put them somewhere cool (not in the refrigerator). 
We reuse much of our packing material including air pouches, kraft paper and ice packs. We encourage you to make use of these products as well.

We do not have local pickup at our downtown warehouse, but do stock many items at the Cube Cafe on La Brea.  Please contact them directly for availabliity and pick up information at 323.939.1148 x1

We do our very best to ensure that your package is delivered according to the timeframe you request in your order. However, we cannot prevent, nor can we take responsibility for, delivery delays that are the result of:

• Inclement weather or “Acts of God”.
• Incorrect delivery address provided with an order.
• The package being lost or stolen after delivery confirmation is received from our shipping carrier.
• If a package is not deliverable because a signature confirmation is requested, but the recipient is not available.
• If a package containing perishable items is delivered on time, but is not opened upon receipt.
• Evil trolls that love to steal gourmet goodies.
