returns policy

We want you to be a completely satisfied customer and we will do our best to ensure that you receive your products excellent condition. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt so that we may take steps to address the problem. If the products are perishable, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt if there is a problem. Please contact Customer Service at 213.542.3300 ×337 or via email orders@cubemarketplace.com.

We do take not responsibility for, delivery delays that are the result of:

  • Inclement weather or “Acts of God”.
  • Incorrect delivery address provided with an order.
  • The package being lost or stolen after delivery confirmation is received from our shipping carrier.
  • If a package is not deliverable because a signature confirmation is requested, but the recipient is not available.
  • If a package containing perishable items is delivered on time, but is not opened upon receipt.
  • Evil trolls that love to steal gourmet goodies.
