Where are you located?
Our Corporate Office and warehouse is located in Los Angeles.

Do you have any stores located in my city?
We do have a small store in our Cube Marketplace Cafe.

Do you allow local pickups?
We do not have local pickup at our downtown warehouse, but do stock many items at the Cube Cafe.  Please contact them directly for availabliity and pick up information at 323.939.1148 x1.

Do you charge sales tax?
We charge California residences 8.75% sales tax on non food items.

What carriers do you ship through?

We primarily ship through FedEx using Ground, Residential and Express Services.

How is shipping calculated?
We use a realtime shipping calculator, which makes is very easy for you to check what the shipping cost will be.  The shipping cost is determined by the weight of your package and the zip code we are shipping to.  You will be able to see standard rates as well as express rates.

All perishable items must be shipped overnight.

When will my item(s) ship?
We process orders Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. Our goal is to process all orders by the next day. Depending on the time of year, the type of shipping service and the products (perishable or non-perishable), we may hold the shipment so that it does not sit in a hot warehouse over the weekend.
Your transit time depends on whether the items are shipping overnight and for ground shipments, your location. We are located in Los Angeles. Be sure to let us know if we are delivering to a residence or a business.

  • Residential Ground Service: 1-5 business days (FedEx Residential delivers Tuesday through Saturday, with no delivery on Sunday and Monday. Delivery times can be as late as 8pm)
  • Business Ground Service: 1-5 business days (delivers Monday through Friday)
  • Express Overnight Business and Residential: Next day by 4:30pm Monday through Friday
  • Express Priority Overnight Business & Residential: Next day by 10:30am Monday through Friday
  • Express Priority Overnight with Saturday Delivery: Delivered by Noon Saturday

We only ship to addresses in the United States. We will ship to other countries on a case by case basis and at our discretion. If you are interested in shipping to a non-U.S. destination, please contact us by calling Customer Sevice at 213.542.3337. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APOs or FPOs.

This is a gift; do you include prices on your packing slip and can I include a gift message?
Yes, you can include a gift message and we will be sure to put it on nice tag. The packing slip only includes a list of what products are in the package, the address we are shipping to, and whom the gift is from. No prices are included in your package’s shipment.

How can I check my orders status?
You can log into your account anytime and view your orders, update your account details and more.

  • View Messages - You can receive and send messages to CubeMarketplace.com about your order. When a message is sent regarding one of your orders, you will receive an email notification.
  • View Order Status - See the status of every order you've placed at CubeMarketplace.com, including whether it has been shipped, and if so an optional tracking number.
  • Completed Orders - See all completed orders you've placed at CubeMarketplace.com. You can also print invoices from this page.
  • Your Address Book - Add, edit and remove shipping and billing destinations from your address book.
  • Your Account Details - Update your contact details, email address and/or change your password.
  • Your Recent Items - See a list of items you've recently viewed at CubeMarketplace.com.

How do I report a problem with my order?
You can call Customer Service at 213.542.3337 or email us at orders@cubemarketplace.com and we will take care any problems or questions you have.

What is your return policy?
|We want you to be a completely satisfied customer and we will do our best to ensure that you receive your products excellent condition. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt so that we may take steps to address the problem. If the products are perishable, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt if there is a problem. Please contact Customer Service at 213.542.3337 or via email orders@cubemarketplace.com.

We do take not responsibility for, delivery delays that are the result of:

  • Inclement weather or “Acts of God”.
Incorrect delivery address provided with an order.
  • The package being lost or stolen after delivery confirmation is received from our shipping carrier.
  • If a package is not deliverable because a signature confirmation is requested, but the recipient is not available.
  • If a package containing perishable items is delivered on time, but is not opened upon receipt.
  • Evil trolls that love to steal gourmet goodies.

What are my payment options?
We accept payment by American Express, Visa & MasterCard.

Do your food products have expiration dates on them?
As required by import laws, all items have expiration dates. We do not sell expired items. If for by chance you do receive an expired item, please let us know right away and we will take care of it.

What if I’m having trouble ordering from your site?
Customers may occasionally experience problems that are related to the security settings on their browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc). If you are experiencing a problem when using our website, please send us an email or call our Customer Service Center 213.53.3337. Representatives are available to answer your emails or calls from 8am-5pm PST M-F.

You can enter either a keyword, such as brand, flavor, color or you can search by the Category and/or Artisan. The search engine will then take you to the corresponding results page.

Do you offer wholesale pricing to restaurants and business?
