I tend to be pretty skeptical of pesto in jars.  Most are just, eh.  But this is Radici people, they rule hard core! This Cavolo Nero pesto is hearty and nutritious and made with almonds, pine nuts, local spices; it’s wonderful on crostini, bruschette, or as a condiment for seafood or pasta dishes.
