Cube Selection Matcha Salt 3oz.

I’ve been in love with Matcha Tea ever since I had it at Urasawa in Los Angeles (if you love sushi and you’re ever in LA, this place should be on your list!).  Oh the frothiness!  This is a blend of young matcha tealeaves that are dehydrated and ground to a powder and then mixed with our Cube Selection Okinawa Salt.  Okinawa Salt is harvested straight from coral sea water, it is double filtered and slowly dehydrated for 3 days.  The result is a powdery salt (that somehow reminds me of a snow cone).  These two superb ingredients make a lovely salt that’s perfect for sprinkling on crudo, in seaweed salads, on fresh vegetables or grilled fish.
