Isabella Devetta Organic Rose Syrup 8.8oz.

Isabella Devetta grows an antique variety of rose called Gallica. Each May she harvests the rose petals in the morning, when their perfume is the strongest, and adds them to spring water, cane sugar and a dash of organic lemon juice. She then cooks the mixture down to a rich syrup in her workshop located right on her farm. Use as a sweetener in tea, water, or yogurt lassi. Pour over ice cream, shaved ice, crepes or panna cotta; a wonderful mixer in ice creams and sorbets, as well as a mixer in white wine, champagne and cocktails; add a little to fresh fruit salad. For a soothing bedtime treat add to warm milk.
