White Balsamic vinegar is not actually balsamic in the true sense. It’s usually grape must mixed with white wine vinegar and it’s quality can vary a great deal depending on the grapes and the wine vinegar used in the blending. What makes Prelibato so special is that it’s made primarily from the must of white grapes and it’s aged in ash barrels. Sweet, full bodied and incredibly full flavored, try it drizzled on fresh greens, seafood or fruit.
