Le Tamerici Mostarda di Marroni (Chestnut) 220g

In 1994, Paola Calciolari opened her first production laboratory where she created her first real gastronomic products: Mostarda (a typical Mantuan product that consists of thin slices of candied fruit immersed in a sweet, thick syrup flavored with spicy mustard essence) and Vegetable Preserves. Everything is entirely handmade and only fruit and vegetables in season are used; no artificial coloring or additives.

Mostarda di Marroni
Candied chestnuts in syrup with mustard oil, perfect for boiled meats or salumi or chopped up and used to stuff pork or pheasant.
