Le Tamerici Mostarda di Prugne 220g

In 1994, Paola Calciolari opened her first production laboratory where she created her first real gastronomic products: Mostarda (a typical Mantuan product that consists of slices of candied fruit immersed in a sweet, thick syrup flavored with spicy mustard essence) and Vegetable Preserves. Everything is entirely handmade and only fruit and vegetables in season are used; no artificial coloring or additives.

Mostarda di Prugne
Candied prunes with a bit of mustard oil, perfect for cheese or salumi or chopped up with herbs and used for stuffing pork or veal roast.
