La Golosa Jams are all natural, no preservatives, no pectin. Made in the Mountains of Sibillini in the Marche region of Italy.

This jam tastes like honeyed figs. Something that should be smeared with goat cheese on a crostini then topped with prosciutto or jamon serrano. Perfect when whisked into gravies, reductions or sauces. Whip into butter or mascarpone and use to top corn bread.
