Acetorium Vinegars

Acetorium vinegars exhibit the best of both Northern Europe and the Mediterranean. Hand-crafted by esteemed winemaker Joseph Reiterer of Alto Adige and German master vinegar maker Robert Bauer, instead of using flavor and infusions they judiciously select the basic ingredients for each vinegar and then vinify them before beginning the “vinegarization” process.

In other words the Acetorium vinegars are all made from fine wines.

They also precision-age their vinegars in stainless steel tanks or wooden barrels, depending on the vinegar.

Tomato Vinegar 250ml
Made from ripe Mediterranean tomatoes, the aroma is a burst of Italian sunshine in a bottle; perfect for vinaigrettes, caprese salad or with heirloom tomatoes, cucumber and a little crumbled feta.
