2009 Harvest

The Trampetti farm is located in the prestigious Assisi-Spoleto hills of Umbria’s “gold coast” olive zone. There Massimo Sisani, third generation descendant of Eugenio Trampetti, and Federico Bibi, Umbrian agricultural specialist, dedicate themselves to production of one of the finest organic extra virgin olive oils in Italy.

The flavor of this oil is intense yet harmonious with notes of fresh-cut grass, fresh herbs, and artichoke. We would consider this olive oil strongly fruity and recommend it with meat, game and stews.
