Nudo olive oil is made from 100% Italian Leccino and Piantone id Magliano olives. The olives are picked by hand, cold-pressed the same day and the oil is put in tins. Simple as that, no additives, no funny business. As a result, the oil tastes as fresh as the grove it just came from.  Excellent for drizzling, dipping and roasting.

This oil is packaged in tins to protect it from the sunlight and maintain the quality. Tin is also 57% recycled and weighs less than glass so has a smaller carbon footprint when shipped.

Corrado and right hand man Tirenzio keep Mogliano and the nearby villages extremely well oiled. In the harvest season, this game pair have been known to clock up as many as three days without sleep as the oily wheels of the press turn twenty four hours a day. Corrado knows that when someone rocks up with their day’s harvest of olives, every second counts. The quicker those olives can be crushed into oil, the better the oil, simple as that. If that means a 4am pressing, then there’ll be no argument from him.
