If you like to cook, chicken stock is one of those things you need to know how to make, and make well. Using homemade stock instead of canned is like night and day. Once you go homemade, you will never return to the dark side of boxed and canned sodium bombs. When made well, a good rich stock can be a great snack on it’s own. I like to brown my veggies first to give it a really good, rich kick.
