David’s Favorites: The Very Best Boutique Italian Wines

$50.00 per person
This class will focus on instructor David King’s absolute favorite boutique regional Italian wines.  Explanatory tastings of six stellar wines will be offered throughout this class, including:
La Montina Franciacorta Rose
2006 Gumphof Weissburgunder
2007 Benito Ferrara Greco di Tufo
2006 Caciorgna “N’anticcia” Etna Rossa
2006 Carpinetti “Dithyrambus”
2005 Braida “Bricco dell’Uccellone” Barbera d’Asti
Students will learn the basics behind this varied group of wines: how the regions that they hail from impacts their flavor profile; climate-driven characteristics; the history of the grapes; and much more.  A perfect way to taste the creme-de-la-creme of the Cube wine list while learning in the process!
